happy ghast quality of life improvements

I think having an enchant for a happy ghast saddle that allows for either a general speed improvement, or at least a speed burst like the nautilus would be great. Also let us put a double chest and a crafting bench to them as you never need 5 seats on a single player world.

    Speed suggestion. It speeds up when you throw a snowball, as if it tries to chase it. :D
