/Attribute on Bedrock

The /Attribute command has to be one of the most useful commands, allowing to modify health and other things permanently. Yet, it isn't on Bedrock despite its utility, limiting pretty heavily the things that you can do with commands on people. So, why not adding it on Bedrock too?
