Changes to the lunge enchantment

Currently, the durability damage with lunge is far too high to have any real use, along with the fact it has next to no use in combat since you cant switch to the charging mode fast enough. Incompatibility with mending doesnt help, unless the whole system with anvil costs is removed and repairing doesnt require exorbitant amounts of xp. Hence, simply greatly reducing durability damage, along with making the damage the lunge attack deals scale with the speed would help greatly. The general damage of the spear also needs to be increased slightly.

    I think the charge attack is not really bad but the jab is. Also Lunge should be compatible with mending
