Milk rework

Dear Mister John Mojang, Minecraft,. Mooers produce too much milk, making the resource too plentiful. I'm imposing there should be milk on a timer. Allowing the moo men and she moos' to recover their lost product. I suppose to refresh their delectable white sauce, they should eat grass. The same way woolies eat to recover their floof. Additionally, drinking from the teats should give some sort of nourishment. Not much but a measly half meat chunk would do. Maybe with a low chance to poison from bacteria on the hanging milk squirters. This is a serious inquiry. We took some creative liberty making this fun to read and get our point across.
