Add "Left-side Ascend Control" as an optional layout

After the fix for MCPE-184808, the "ascend" (swim up/fly up) button was moved back to the right side. However, many players found the previous layout—where the ascend button was on the LEFT side when "Swap Jump and Sneak" was enabled—to be superior.

We request that the "Left-side Ascend" control layout be added back as a separate, optional toggle in the settings.

**Why this is needed:**

- **Better for Combat:** In situations like underwater fights, it allows the left hand to control ALL movement (directions + ascending), while the right hand can focus purely on aiming and attacking. This is much more efficient.

- **Intuitive Control:** Grouping all primary movement commands (including "up") on the left is a logical and unified control scheme.

- **Player Choice:** The community is split on this. Providing both options is the fairest solution.

**Proposed Solution:**

Please add a new option in **Settings > Touch**, for example called **"Left-side Ascend Control"**.

- **ON:** "Ascend" button is on the left.

- **OFF:** Uses the default layout.

This would make a huge positive difference for players who have built their muscle memory around this superior control scheme. Thank you!
