Currently, Minecraft Bedrock Edition supports Microsoft Family Sharing, allowing family members linked under one Microsoft account group to play the game without purchasing separate copies. However, Minecraft Java Edition does not offer this feature.
I would like to suggest that Minecraft Java Edition also support Microsoft Family Sharing. If one family member owns Java Edition, others registered under the same Microsoft family group should be able to access and play it without needing to buy it again. This would make Minecraft more accessible for families and align Java Edition with the sharing flexibility already available in Bedrock Edition.
Thank you for considering this idea. It would help families enjoy Minecraft together and reduce unnecessary costs for households that already support the game.
