Lunge Enchantment Rework

The Lunge enchantment is pretty useful for taking distance in combat and jumping at enemies, but the enchantment is still the worst in the game just because of the cost and its incompatibility with mending. Lunge should not take more durability cost or take +1 per level, it should be compatible with mending and it probably shouldn't take any durability when you don't hit any entity.
