Spears should not dismount on charge attacks, it only makes mounts weaker

Currently; the Spears completely incentives the usage of Elytras over ridden mounts for significant reasons:

• Unlike mounts; Players with Elytras can never be dismounted.
• The easiest, most versatile and agile way of achieving max damage with a Spear is with an Elytra...

With these two very significant reasons; Spears are less of a weapon on mounts and more of a weapon in flight.

Not to mention; being dismounted while riding something just feels janky and isn't engaging nor interesting, it serves no purpose but to make Spears worse on horseback.

So please; at the very least make them stronger on mounts by removing this lame ability of Spears, Elytras already excel in transportation and overall usage compared to any other mount, don't let them completely overshadow mounts again in this area, please.
