Make lunge and mending compatiable

On a netherite spear with unbreaking 3 will break after around 70 uses when enchanted with lunge

    please make lunge and mending comatiable, otherwise, it would be really hard to repair a netherite spear, it would be too expensive, so please make lunge and mending compatiable.
    It´s the only thing that i don´t like about the spear.
