Add lunge to villager trading in trade rebalance

In the villager trade rebalance a couple of enchantments were made unobtainable through trading, namely the enchantments unique to special weapons (mace, trident and crossbow). The rest of the enchantments were made unique to certain biome librarian variants. The spear is a tiered weapon, and even appears in weaponsmith chests, so it makes no sense that it's enchantments would be unobtainable through trading. I suggest it either be added to the jungle librarian's trade pool, as jumping is on theme with traversing in the trees, or to the savannah librarian's trade pool, as sweeping edge's absence in bedrock edition means they only have 2 different common enchants for that biome. I know the trade rebalance isn't planned for the main game, but I think it should stay updated, I personally enjoy using it and hope it gets more attention in the future.
