Spear Lunge + Happy Ghast = Speed Boost

When a player uses the Spear with the Lunge Enchantment (which needs to be compatible with Mending) while riding the Happy Ghast, it should give a speed boost!

People complain that the Happy Ghast is too slow, I agree. People also say it's slow so that you can build with it, I also agree with that. Solution? Give the player the ability to speed boost when they really want to, hence the Lunge enchantment from the new Spear.
