The Happy Ghast is really overpowered; in a bad way. It replaces basically every other form of transport, and even block placing and mining your way through the world, or when building. Since it is soo good, you kind devs at Mojang should make it uncraftable, also because it's more like an animal than a golem, and an animal can't be crafted. Now, people can fly and do many parts of Minecraft (namely exploring and resource gathering, building) in an insane speed without barely any form of risk, after just one trip to the Nether. This conflicts with your agenda of "balanced game design" and a balanced "risk vs. reward system". I also think you should make the dried ghast slightly rarer to be found in Soulsand Valleys, as well as slightly rarer when bardering with piglins.
