Toggle - Accessibility Feature for Spear

The upcoming spear requires significant button-holds to utilize. For the many disabled Minecraft players that have difficulty with long holds, a toggle-to-charge feature would be warranted. This is similar to already existing accessibility toggles like auto-jump. Without this toggle, the spear will be unusable to me, much like the existing Minecraft bow.

    Could be okay to touch to start charging the spear, crossbow, bow and trident and touch again to stop charging or shoot?
