as a host toggle certain commands off and on for players

This toggle would entail being able to select certain commands that players can use in a minecraft world as the world owner. For example, as a host being able to allow players to use all commands besides /kill, or allowing players to use no commands besides /fill. I think this is a missing feature that can help bridge the gap between the different permission roles.
