Throw
Enables the spear to be thrown. The player can hold the button to charge the throw — the longer it’s charged, the shakier and more inaccurate it becomes.
This enchantment cannot be combined with Lunge or Sharpness.
It can, however, be paired with Power and Loyalty, allowing for faster and longer throws, as well as quicker retrieval.
The downside of the Throw enchantment is that the player cannot move while charging, and the weapon loses durability every 3 blocks it travels. (subject to change)
Thrust
Better the jab (AOE or penetrative effect).
This enchantment cannot be combined with Lunge or Throw.
Pierce (similar to the Crossbow’s Piercing or just use that)
Can be paired with Throw, but not with Loyalty.
When thrown, if the spear hits a high-health enemy, it sticks into them and knocks them back instead.
If the target has low health, the spear can one-shot them and continue flying, losing damage as its momentum decreases. Damage reduction is affected by distance, projectile speed, and the number of enemies hit.
With this, more mini games and an alternative Trident. To prevent it from replacing the trident, the thrown weapon should: Consume a significant amount of durability both during use and upon landing, unable to be thrown underwater, lose momentum when it’s raining, become heavier and harder to throw at higher tiers.
To not replace bows/crossbows, the throw should be less accurate, requiring a proper angle and charge strength to land on the desired target.
