Skeleton Horses should be reworked a bit

Now that nautiluses fill the underwater niche of skeleton horses and zombie horses have now been added skeleton horses should get a slight revamp to make them more interesting other than looks.

Skeleton horses should have little health, but high speed, with medium jump height. They shouldn't have regeneration but could be healed with bones. They should also be able to wear armor and saddles and take sunlight damage like the zombie horse.
