Waterloggable doors

Since the nautilus has been added there is no reason to not make parity on java and nerf the waterloggable door strat to mine in water caves.

    Id argue this does have to do with the Mounts, given the fact that A MOUNT takes the role of the waterloggable door. So I believe this was posted in the right area.

    To keep benefits while allowing more underwater builds, doors should not be waterlogged by default when the player places it. The player can always manually waterlog the door if they want to, and it can solve the non-waterlogged door problem in shipwrecks.
