Turtle Shells should indefinitely give Resistance 2 when Crouching

This is a simple yet mechanically interesting buff that can be easily given to Turtle Shells.

Because as of right now; their 10 second Water Breathing is completely and utterly overshadowed by Nautilus, not to mention; they're significantly harder to get compared to Nautilus, so there's zero reason to obtain Turtle Shell beyond their aesthetic.
