those types of tools that can be crafted with gunpowder to get "explosive"

when these tools attack/mine/till, they let of explosion particles that damage nearby mobs and if you are mineing something then it clears out a hole mining only that type of material.for example: you mine some copper ore, then it will only destroy copper ores in a 3x3x3 area. it could also be an enchantment. when you put it on armor, if someone attacks or if you take damage, it will explode (not destroy) and it won't damage you.
