Nautilus should be able to give shells someway

Either by fully raising a normal Nautilus like a turte scute, or by slaying a zombie one, it should be more easy to aquire to make crafting Conduits less luck dependant.

    I think that there should be a rare chance to drop nautilus shells if you kill with looting 3

    Currently they drop their shells when slain with a 1 in 20 chance.

    I think how it is now is fine, and they dont shed their shells. So just getting the shell on rare chance by killing them seems just fine.
