Allow non owners to download realms worlds/easily accessible world sharing

So right now the owner of a realm I play only has the ability to play minecraft on their Playstation. This means the old worlds that are no longer being run cannot be accessed by me. The owner wishes that they could share the world download so those that put a lot of effort into their world could save it, but as the game is right now, that is impossible for someone only on Playstation/consoles. I believe the ability to download a realm world even if you are not the owner could improve the game greatly. This could be a permission set in the realm settings for those who don't want it shared.
