Hi Mojang Team,
I’m opening this thread because Support keeps sending me the same automated response without actually verifying my case.
Here are the facts:

I migrated my Mojang account on September 18, 2021 — well before the June 6, 2022 cutoff.

I own both Minecraft Java and Bedrock editions on the same Microsoft account.

According to Mojang’s official criteria, that makes me eligible for the Vanilla Cape.
Despite meeting every condition, the cape never appeared on my account.
I contacted Support several times, but each time they simply replied with:
“The event is finished and we can’t assist further.”
That’s not an event participation request — it’s a missing reward issue.
It’s frustrating that eligible players are being ignored due to a system cutoff.
Please forward this to someone who can manually verify and assign the cape.
We’re not asking for exceptions — only for the fair application of Mojang’s own rules.
If anyone from Mojang or Microsoft sees this, please take a moment to re-check the eligibility logs.
Many of us migrated early and owned both editions, yet were left out due to an internal oversight.
