New aquatic structure "The Spire" for Minecraft

"The Spire" would be a structure that could be generated in the warm ocean biome.

It would be a parkour-spiral structure, with an aquatic theme, very similar to the Aquatic Quest in the Minecraft Marketplace. The only difference is that this map is no longer available because it was only for a limited-time only.

Giving new players a chance to play in a structure like this could fuel the hype of an even more vibrant ocean.
