Ocean overhaul for 1.22

I believe many people want an End update, but only 10% of players visit the End dimension.  An end update would be nice.  But an oceanic overhaul is very appealing.  The Mounts of Mayhem drop could pave a path and spark excitement for 1.22 which can become an ocean update.

An ocean update could add Oceanic skeletons, because lore-wise why do they not exist if their cousin the Bog exists.  Add pirates, these could revolutionise the pillagers, as they can have these massive pirate ships, with valuable loot and possibly able to be traded with.  As well as adding whales.  These mobs could be massive.  Perhaps rideable or just beautiful, able to breach, maybe found in a new deep ocean biome.  This deep ocean could have new structures, new glowing animals like in the Twilight Zone.  Then it could have hydrothermal vents, basically revamping magma blocks into these towers of rocks with mobs around them and possibly structures in between.  Worth the risk for the loot as diamonds would be more common here. As the nautilus is now here, this could be the reason to explore the oceans.

As well as a brand new oceanic album.  For when you are exploring the oceans, for this to play.

It would be incredible.
