After the migration period ended, I feel like including a 'time limit' to getting a refund for a game bought with the implication that it was a one-time 'forever' purchase was unethical.
I also understand that the migration was conducted in adherence to regulations, but I feel it may have failed to consider the accounts that were managed by parents, more specifically, parents who weren't as 'tech savvy' and wouldn't have understood the emails and what was required of them or those made with old emails that weren't checked often anymore.
I know many older players have this frustration and I think it would help to offer additional refunds for those who missed the 'grace period'.
