Allow transfer from any console to PC

Currently, to transfer a world from a console to a PC, you need a realms subscription. It's fine if you get the free trial, but you also need the consoles respective online subscription to upload the world.

I propose there should be a way for a simple server to run on the PC, this can also be run like normal Minecraft Servers, and players on both the Console and the PC should be able to upload the world to the server in a way similar to how players connect to a normal Minecraft server. The world can be linked to the account (for privacy) and then be downloaded from the other device (Console or PC).

This allows an official way for worlds to be transferred between different consoles or PCs for if you wanted to start a server and wanted to play on PC rather than having to pay for a service for a one time thing.
