Nautilus should delay air bubble bar, not stop it entirely

Instead of stopping air entirely while mounted on a nautilus, the air bar should deplete very slowly, as to not make the turtle helmet and water breathing potions obsolete.

    Also the conduit. Basically every water breathing-related item is useless now
