What is parity? This category is designed just for features that exist but work one way on one platform, and another way on a different platform. Bugs are not parity! I was looking at the Minecraft Wiki and it says that in Bedrock if you breed an animal or an animal is born from breeding, it will not despawn. Considering the fact that you typically don't want animals you breed to despawn, I think this should be added to Java as well.
