Upgrade Command /ride (Player Controls Any Mount)

As this Drop is focusing strongly on Mounts. The /ride command could also be upgraded, giving Players the ability to control any Mount they ride, thus unlocking endless roleplaying posibilities / more interesting map making. Like ability to ride and control Hoglins / Ravagers / Mounts previously being unable to control, like Llamas. It could be achieved by a nbt tag that allows the Mount to be controlled by the Player, like {Rideable:1b}.
