Mount Control Overhaul

With the Mounts of Mayhem drop focusing on mounts and mounted combat, I think the controls for mounts that aren’t directed by fishing rod bait (like pigs and striders) should be changed from the current “player-like” movement to something more like boats.

This would let players look around freely without losing momentum, making exploration on horseback feel smoother and more immersive while also enabling horseback archery and other mounted combat options.
