Some changes to boats

Since this is water update, updating boats would fit, first I think either boats or nautiluses need a change since right now it seems we might not even use boats or have a need for them when the nautilus comes out since it easy to get and can not only go about as fast as boats but it can also go underwater if needed, and since Mojang has been trying to make Minecraft a bit more ambient recently maybe now is the time to make boats have a wake animation behind it like the boat is actually going through water
