An option to disable the mouse icon change when hovering over buttons.

I miss when the mouse would not change when you hovered over a button, for example when pausing the screen and hovering over a button the mouse icon changes now, I know it's not that big of a deal, but I do think a setting to turn this on/off would be nice. I have seen a lot of youtubers talking about it and the comments agreed.
