New weapon idea: The Pufferfish Flail

This weapon is crafted with two pufferfish, a chain, and a breeze rod. It has knockback, and poisons the target. It could have Sharpness and Knockback, but it could have a special enchantment that gives it a small chance to stun the opponent, but the enchantment is very rare.
