Add option to disable "telemetry data"

This data includes literally everything you do. Operating system, worlds, launchers, mods, etc.
All of which say the exact date and time.
I'm willing to bet 99% of players don't notice "telemetry data" and only 0.1% of those people know what it actually is.
These scum corporate practices have no place in a proposed friendly joyous environment like minecraft.
To the moderator reading this, before you delete it for whatever reason please reflect on yourself. I doubt you personally have any power to change anything on the matter but a thought can lead somewhere.
