About Copper Golem

I dont know if this might be a bug or an intended feature but, In the snapshot, we were able to take the item out of the Copper golem's hands even if he hadn't placed the item in a chest yet, But now, I cannot get the item out of the Copper Golem's hands unless he has placed it into a chest first. This is a little annoying as if I dont have that specific item in a chest or I forgot I didn't have that item in a chest, I can't take it out of the golem's hands and it keeps searching for the item in the chests. Then I have to go all the way to get that item and place it into a chest so the Copper golem can place it into a chest. Could you please look into this?
