Make Conduit spawn aquatic mobs.

Hello,
I think makings Conduit spawn aquatic mobs in water blocks around 10 blocks away from the last prismarine ring it would let people spawn aquatic mobs in not aquatic biomes.
To be more specific it could be only for level 2 conduit, not the strongest where people might want only the effects and it isn't the smallest.

I think its better than adding new thing for this old features are often forgotten and minecraft does not need more items when you can add it to the old one.
