“Force-Placement” and “No Block-Updates”

I suggest adding two new on/off switches available only in Creative-mode that let players decide:
  1. Force-Placement – allow blocks to be placed even in normally invalid locations (e.g. seeds on sand or grass, cacti next to other blocks, etc.).
  2. No Block-Updates – prevent block-update events; allows floating sand, unsupported rails, etc.
If the first toggle is turned on, the second one should automatically enable (because forced placements usually only make sense if they don’t instantly update and break).
These options would give builders and map-makers much more freedom without affecting Survival balance.
