Translate the "/warden_spawn_tracker" command.

In 1.21.9, debug properties were added to the game. These allow players to make use of Minecraft: Java Edition's development tools.

One of the debug properties is "DEV_COMMANDS", which enables commands that are used for debugging the game. However, the "/warden_spawn_tracker" command is untranslated; it will only show raw identifiers when it is executed. When I reported this problem, I was told that it was "not a bug".

I would like to suggest adding proper translations for this command. This would significantly improve its usability.
