Option to Choose Location of Fly/Swim-Up Button

Changing the controls so that fly up/down are two separate buttons limits the player so that they are unable to utilize the touch system while flying. They must fully stop moving in order to interact with anything. Add an additional option in the settings menu to allow players to decide for themselves whether they want the fly-up button to be inside or outside the D-Pad.
