Change the name of the spear to lance

A lance is a much more fitting name for all the functions it has than spear.

    I disagree with you here. I think the Spear is perfect for what it does. If I was really hopeful, it may be cool to add a specific wooden spear with a custom skin-- the Lance, but I know that isn't what Mojang does.
