More Chests spawn in Pillager Outposts

Pillager Outposts should have more chests

Specifically, there should be a chest for each pillar at the top of the structure, 3 in total

I think the Pillager outposts loot is rather underwhelming, given the rarity of the strucure. This also makes finding the Sentry armour trim very tedious in some worlds
