Fire aspect and knockback should be mutually exclusive

These enchantments are strong enough to stand on their own. Forcing a choice between them would be a significant improvement for Minecraft's combat depth. Also, the spear ability to knockback could be from the enchantment itself rather than a "built-in" feature.

    Yes! We need more mutually exclusive enchantments to create more variety in standard combat weapons.
