Zombie Horse Specialization

So with the Mounts of Mayhem drop bringing Zombie Horses to survival, I think some changes could be made to have it stand out from the other horses.

Since the regular horse is good for general use with its good speed and jump power and the skeleton horse is good for land/water mobility as it can go underwater as well as on land, I think the zombie horse could specialize more towards scaling mountains.

The Zombie Horse would have slower movement speed compared to the other horses and lose its underwater breathing ability, but would get better jump height and 2-block step height (excluding fences and walls).
