Spear as Anti-Cavalry Weapon

I think spears in a cavalry charge are pretty cool, but spears are also a classic anti-cavalry weapon. Spear damage should be based on relative speed, so that spear infantry and spear cavalry deal equal amounts of damage in an exchange. And since spears dismount players, they become good anti-cav weapons too.

    They already talked about this in Live and it's already a thing, players that moves too fast are also susceptible to more damage from spears
