Nautilus Shell Blocks

There should be a new block set to go with the nautilus mob as we have not had a real block set in a while.

4 nautilus shells would make a nautilus shell block and putting it into a crafting table or a stone-cutter will make 4 nautilus shell bricks, which will then have a stair, slab, wall and chiselled variant.
