Add a ‘Windowed Fullscreen’ / ‘Borderless’ on Minecraft Java + Bedrock

Being able to have Minecraft windowed whilst still being Fullscreen is a very helpful and efficient feature. It allows people with more than 1 monitor to change something (like a YouTube video / discord channel / song) still while having Minecraft there and ready to go
