Weaponsmiths should trade diamond spears

Currently, the diamond spear is not really renewable. To solve this problem, master level weaponsmiths can trade an enchanted diamond spear to the player for 13-27 emeralds.

    This needs to be a thing, weapon smiths can trade for all other diamond weapons.
