There should be different variations of wandering traders based on the biom they came from.
The spawn of those variations is not tied to the biom they spawn in. A random spawn of the variation gives the player the feeling that the wandering trader has a long way behind him and that he came from far away.
The variations trade items from their biom they came from.
Traders can now spawn on the ocean. That means that the different variations travel on a boat with a chest but without their animals.
Some ideas how those variations could look like:
- Plains and birch forests: the “normal wandering trader” with the 2 lamas
- Desert and Badlands: Trader styled with a oriental head covering and a traditional white outfit with a camel
- Snow and Taiga: Trader with a violet coat with a hood with fur and a yellow scarf with 2 ashen or snowy tamed wolves (dogs).
- Mountains: Trader with leather trousers a red vest over a white shirt and a black hat styled with a flower with 2 cold cows
