Spawn drowned nautilus jockeys around shipwrecks

Currently, ship wrecks are a super easy way to get loot early on with little to no challenge involved. I think they need some defence against players! Drowned nautilus jocks are Such a cool combat encounter that there should be a way to seek them out, and adding them to shipwrecks is the perfect way to kill two birds with one stone!

    Perhaps not too all shipwrecks, but to add them specifically to treasure shipwrecks would be a great way to add some more challenge to this area of the game!
