[Idea for Mounts of Mayhem drop] Skeleton Horse Traps with Spears

As the Mounts of Mayhem drop will finally make zombie horses spawn naturally with zombies riding on them holding spears, why don't also make skeletons be able to use spears too, particularly when riding skeleton horses in at least 50% chance of a skeleton riding a skeleton horse when encountering skeleton horse traps during thunderstorms to hold an iron spear apart from bows? That would make encounters with skeleton horse traps more dangerous, why not?
